Principal Associate of SAM Delhi Corporate, Anuj Trivedi (NLIU 05) joins Link Legal as Partner.

September 10, 2018:Link Legal India Law Services has hired Anuj Trivedi as a Partner in its Corporate Practice who has been serving Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Delhi as a Principal Associate. 

Anuj Trivedi is a NLIU Bhopal graduate of the 2005 batch. He had spent nearly 5 years at Dua Associates Then he moved to Tatva Legal and been engaged there for two and a half year until returning back to Dua in 2012.

He joined Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas in 2015.

Trivedi said, “I would like to thank Link Legal for the fantastic opportunity provided to me. I sincerely look forward to contributing towards (further) strengthening Link Legal’s corporate, M&A and PE practice.”

He specialises in M&A, corporate structuring, transaction advisory and General Corporate & Regulatory Advisory work.
